Shipping policy
1. General Information
We ship products exclusively to addresses within Mexico and the United States. All orders are processed and fulfilled through our integrated supplier platform. We do not operate a physical warehouse or handle products directly.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. During promotional periods or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
All times are estimates and begin after order processing is complete. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier operations, weather, or regional events.
For United States:

Note: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote areas may experience longer transit times.
For Mexico:

Note: Deliveries within major metropolitan areas (e.g., Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey) may be faster, while rural or remote areas may take longer.
For Europe:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs processes. Deliveries within European Union countries are generally faster, while peripheral regions, islands, or countries outside the Schengen Area may experience longer transit times. During periods of high demand or customs inspections, shipping times may extend beyond the estimated timeframe.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to the sender due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to initiate a trace or claim. Please save all packaging materials in case of damage claims.
6. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural disasters, pandemics, logistical disruptions, or any event beyond our reasonable control. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed instructions on returns, exchanges, and eligibility. Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the error is on our part.
